These are some of the drinks you can make with the plants we offer at Naturalbox:

Peppermint and lemon tea.

Peppermint tea with lemon is an excellent digestive that can help mitigate stomach pains. The preparation of this drink is quite simple. Take 4 to 5 peppermint leaves and boil them in 200 mL of water for approximately 5 minutes. Once the water has boiled, you should squeeze a lemon and add it. Sweeten the mixture with honey, sugar, or stevia.

Mint or peppermint lemonade with strawberries

Similar to the previous recipe, for this drink you need mint, lemon, and the sweetener of your choice. The only difference is that ice is required for the drink to be frappé style. With this in mind, the recipe calls for 1.5 glasses of ice, 200 mL of water, five mint leaves, and 80 mL of lemon and sweetener to taste. This mixture should be blended until the desired consistency is achieved. If you want to add strawberries to this drink, it is recommended to add a cup of strawberries to the mixture.

Chamomile infusion

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory, relaxing, and digestive properties. In addition, its light flavor makes it very easy to mix it with other herbs to prepare delicious drinks. One of the suggested mixtures is chamomile tea with mint, orange, and anise. Prepare the infusion by adding 2 to 3 chamomile flowers and 3 mint leaves in 200 mL of water. After boiling the water, add orange juice, either freshly squeezed or bottled juice, a star of anise and sugar, panela, honey, or stevia to taste. If you want a simpler drink, boil 2 to 3 chamomile flowers in 200 mL of water. Use honey or stevia as a sweetener.

Marigold and honey tea

Marigold has many anti-inflammatory benefits for the skin, throat, infections, or menstrual cramps. The sporadic consumption of calendula infusions can favor the skin and general health.

Marigold infusion is prepared by boiling 3 marigold flowers in 200 mL of water or 200 mL of milk. Use honey or stevia as sweeteners.

Nettle tea or boldo tea

Nettle and boldo are plants with great digestive benefits. The preparation for both types of beverages is very simple since only 4 to 5 nettle or boldo leaves are required and boil them in 200 mL of water. You can add a little lemon to these infusions and sweeteners to taste to complement the flavor of the teas.
